The pinion gear turns smoothly and the backlash setup are to spec. The case had minimal rust prior to cleaning and painting, the rear cover is not oxidized. Rebuilt Honda2000 ap1 oem torsen limited slip differential with 4.78 racer gears rear cover flanges. This is a fully rebuilt torsen lsd with 4.78:1 ratio gear set 43/9 installed Mazda-made ring and pinion.

Fits ap1 model's from 2000 -2003. The cover was sealed to the diff, so not able photograph inner workings of diff as I usually do, but did gear set prior installation. The ring and pinion gear teeth are in great shape, with no damages. You can count on this piece to be set up correctly and not fail as a result of poor workmanship.

The diff was rebuilt using new bearings and seals, had gears changed torsen components evaluated. This listing includes the complete diff with side flanges that you see in photos. The differential is in as-new condition. Will not fit ap2 model's unless you install an ap1 driveshaft.

All of the cooling fins are solid and not broken.
